Dr. Neil D. Patel
Our practice has grown and, in order to continue providing you with the best standard of care, we are bringing on a new physician. We are very excited to welcome Dr. Neil D. Patel to Tustin Irvine Internal Medicine Group beginning on October 1st, 2023.
Dr. Patel completed medical school at Chicago Medical School and his residency at University of California, Irvine (UCI). Dr. Patel grew up in Irvine and is looking forward to taking care of patients in a community he knows well.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Patel is an avid outdoors enthusiast, with a love for kayaking, biking, and hiking. He also proudly holds the title of the 2010 OC Fair Funnel Cake Eating Champion. Dr. Patel is dedicated to providing quality healthcare and bringing a unique blend of experiences to his patients. FLU CLINIC HOURS
Beginning 9/1/2023 we will be open for walk-in flu vaccines for any existing patient MONDAY through FRIDAY 9 AM to 3:00 PM. We have two flu vaccines being offered:
- High DOSE: Fluad Quadrivalent, Enhanced Immunogenicity, 65+ Preservative Free. If egg-allergic please discuss with your doctor prior to administration.
- Regular DOSE: FLUCELVAX, Quadrivalent, Preservative Free. Safe to administer if egg-allergic.

The doctors offer personalized attention with a thorough understanding of the latest in evidence-based medicine. We will assist you with wellness, prevention, and early detection of disease. We provide coordination of care with your specialty physicians.
The practice continues to offer convenient outdoor parking just steps from the office. The doctors provide direct communication to patients, timely appointments, dedicated support staff, coordination of specialty referral, and electronic medical records.
The doctors are all Board Certified in Internal Medicine and affiliated with St. Joseph Hospital and Hoag Hospital.
